Hello, I’m Anna. I started ReThink Property in 2018, with a desire to bring honest and collaborative property management to the small and medium enterprises in Kent.

I believe the ReThink approach is different. We support landlords to act with integrity, fostering fruitful and long relationships to protect and educate tenants in Kent.

With a deep sense of justice for all in my heart, I am here to work alongside the landlords and tenants in the Kent community, to revolutionise commercial building environments by fostering an open and collaborative approach, whilst supporting regenerative and sustainable practices, delivering buildings with social impact.

Empty Houses

ReThink Property Consultancy was inspired with the ideology of putting vacant properties to good use; homes for the homeless, bases for businesses and helping clients obtain and achieve an income instead of costs and depreciating assets.

The 2023 point-in-time homeless count, done annually in January, found 1,239 unhoused individuals throughout Kent County, a 35% increase from two years prior.

This is our passion project, we believe everybody in our community has the right to a roof over their head every night. And we will work tirelessly to help change the status quo here.
